The information contained in this Privacy Notice is issued in accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals published in the Federal Official Gazette on July 5, 2010, its Regulations published in the Federal Official Gazette on December 21, 2011, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines published in the Federal Official Gazette  on January 17, 2013 (the “Laws, Regulations and Guidelines”).

2. Official Identification of the Holder

3. Date and place of birth

4. E-mail

5. Home and/or Tax Address.

6. Home Telephone (with area code) and/or Cellular Telephone.

7. Federal Taxpayers Registry.

8. Bank information.

Sensitive Data

It is not necessary to collect personal data considered as sensitive by the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals. Your personal data will be stored in a database with restricted access, to which only authorized persons will have access and for the aforementioned purposes.

ARCO Rights

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the processing thereof or revoke the consent you have given us for such purpose, through the procedures we have implemented (“ARCO” rights). To exercise your ARCO rights, you must use the application form that you can request via email. In this form you will find the steps to follow in order to exercise your rights.

Once your request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition regarding your personal data has been submitted, and in case your request is admissible, KM Legal & Traducciones will respond to your request within the deadlines established by law, through the physical or electronic means that you authorize in your request.

Transfer of personal data

We inform you that your personal data will not be transferred, as they are only collected for internal use and management, as well as for the promotion of KM Legal & Traducciones.

In the event that the Personal Data stored are required by an authority of any kind or must be delivered to the latter in accordance with current legislation and the corresponding official request, these data will be made available to you in strict compliance with the Law, transfer that does not require the consent of the Holder.

Temporality of personal data

The Personal Data that you have provided us will be kept for a period of 5 five years in physical and/or electronic media and subsequently discarded in order to avoid improper treatment of the same.

The information that is delivered to KM Legal & Traducciones will be safeguarded, preserved and protected by the latter in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force and the internal policies of KM Legal & Traducciones, in order to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
